HIGH-QUALITY PRECISION CNC MACHINING
PACLOCK primarily uses American-made HAAS® Automation computerized machining centers in our production ~ both lathes and mills. These machines allow us to maintain a three-thousandths (.003”) tolerance on all of our machining operations. These same padlock bodies are then hand-sanded at our facility and, if it’s an aluminum bodied padlock, then the padlock body goes to another small business for anodizing.

PACLOCK’s proprietary machining practices give us unprecedented manufacturing flexibility that leads to short runs, fast turn around times, almost zero waste, and cost savings.
Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to manage and successfully produce large volumes. As the exclusive supplier of padlocks to Public Storage, we have delivered millions of the world’s best disc padlock with very few returns; as the preferred padlock supplier to the US military, again, we have delivered millions of padlocks with little return for defects – all of this while maintaining a near 100% on-time delivery rate.

As a true manufacturer, PACLOCK has the ability to bring its customer’s ideas to life. We have designed and produced for large organizations and helped a number of budding entrepreneurs get their products launched and into market.
With an innovative engineering department, PACLOCK is able to quickly produce custom products, improve on existing designs, and expand an already extensive offering. We have produced custom products for a number of customers and industries in small batch sizes and at reasonable pricing.
